Q: What is the best storing temperature for Love18chocolate?
Please store the chocolate inside the freezer (below -18℃) if you like to preserve the chocolates for a longer storage period of up to 2 - 3 months. You may also store it in a chiller (2℃～6℃) and all love18chocolate are best consumed within 7 to 14 days. Please do note that certain conditions such as the temperature of the refrigerator, exposure to sunlight, or room temperature may affect the condition of the chocolates and the storage period.
Q: What is the expiry date of your chocolate?
You may refer to the Best Before Date label behind every box of our chocolates. Due to all of our chocolates being preservative-free, kindly consume them as soon as possible within 1-2 weeks after you receive the chocolates and store them accordingly, you may refer to our storage instructions.
Q: Does Love18 Chocolate have a halal certificate?
Our company is in the midst of applying for halal certification but all the ingredients we use are halal certified therefore it is safe for our Muslim friends to consume!
Q: You mentioned that you are using premium chocolate, why the selling price is cheaper compared to other handmade chocolatiers in town?
We managed to reduce our selling price to 30%~35% cheaper than another handmade chocolatier in town because we do not operate a physical retail store. All the saving from a physical retail store is passed on to the customer, hence we are able to sell premium 5-star chocolate at an affordable price to our customers.
Q: Why is production limited to a few flavors per day?
Love 18 Chocolate believes that “Less is More”. Less production allows us to produce more quality chocolates. Fewer flavors allow us to focus on perfecting every single product line we produce.
Q: Will the chocolate melt when I receive it?
To ensure our customers can enjoy our chocolate, we will insert ice packs and pack them in an aluminum bag and foam box which can keep them chill for up to 24 hours
